We are pleased to introduce this partnership proposal on behalf of The Home Club, a distinguished and secure digital members’ network, carefully revitalised since its inception in 2015.
The Home Club’s mission is to unite discerning individuals within a trusted, private setting, thoughtfully curated to foster confidential interactions, exceptional lifestyle experiences, and privileged access to exclusive property opportunities. Our network is further enriched by reciprocal and associated clubs, connecting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, royalty, celebrities, and other influential personalities—broadening the wealth and luxury accessible to our members.
Members may either pay for membership directly or commit to selling their primary residence through our Agents within five years of joining The Home Club. If a member chooses to sell their property through an alternative channel, the full membership fee becomes due, and our Agents are compensated with the equivalent value of the introductory dining experience.
At the heart of our service lies a unique property framework, attracting motivated, high-value sellers and granting estate agents privileged access to an exceptional off-market portfolio. Our Membership Fee structure allows members to enjoy complimentary membership if they agree to sell a property with us within five years. Should a property not meet our instruction requirements within that period, the member is simply invoiced for the accumulated membership fees, without penalty. To qualify, the property must be valued at a minimum of five times the five-year membership fee for the selected tier.
We extend invitations to up to 100 Estate Agents and Property Investors (Agents) in each country, ensuring every agent can fully capitalise on our members’ property sales. To begin with Agent Broker Membership, each Agent is invited to an exclusive private dining event, including a personal presentation by our founder at a prestigious venue.
During the dinner, the cab-rank order for property assignments is established, so whenever a property becomes available, the next Agent in line is offered the instruction. Should an Agent not renew their membership, they retain rights to any assignments accepted during their membership. When an Agent accepts or declines an assignment, they are moved to the end of the queue, allowing the next Agent the opportunity. This system ensures ongoing momentum and fairness for all participating Agents.
Once a member’s property is assigned for sale, we log all relevant details and invite our Agents to accept or decline the instruction, once authorised. The Agent is then introduced to the Member at the point of instruction, enabling them to arrange a viewing after formal instruction to sell is given. All Agents agree to a sales fee of 1.5%, guaranteeing our members the best possible value. The Home Club receives a commission of 0.25% upon completion of each sale, payable within 30 days by direct bank transfer from the Agent.
