The Home Club' Original Fee Structure

Our Membership options utilise the ‘Original Fee Structure’. 

1.  Members are required to pay a registration fee, the value of which is determined by their membership category. 
2. This fee guarantees that their nominated property will be listed for sale by our authorised estate agents, provided they are the legitimate owner, at any time they wish to sell within five years of joining or renewing a membership. 
3. During this five-year period, no annual membership fees are charged.
4. If a member decides to sell their property through an alternative means, they remain liable for any annual membership fees associated with that property and must continue to pay for the entire duration, with no further penalties applied. 
5. Once the property has been sold or the membership payments have concluded, the agreement returns to the usual terms. 
6. At this stage, members are given the chance to upgrade their membership tier or nominate another property to benefit from membership privileges.
7. Please remember that Memberships are for individuals assigned against the property.
